American Credit Foundation and Debt Management Credit Counseling DMCC Logos

Over the last 24 years, American Credit Foundation has helped hundreds of thousands of people with budget counseling, financial education, and administering debt management plans. 

We are entering a new partnership with Debt Management Credit Counseling (“DMCC”) located in Deerfield Beach, Florida to handle all customer service, ACH drafts from your account and payments to your creditors.  We believe this will be a positive move for the ongoing success of your debt management program.  One of the primary benefits of this transition is that you will now have online access to manage your account. 

This transition of your debt management plan to DMCC will occur over the next few weeks and as of November 5, 2022 should be complete.  Like American Credit Foundation, DMCC is also a 501(c)(3) nonprofit credit counseling agency. We selected DMCC as our new debt management plan administrator for numerous reasons; they are ISO certified, 20-year track record, A+ rating with the BBB, multiple national accreditations, secure online account access, and most importantly their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and committed to your continued debt management success. 

What happens next? You will receive an email from Americancreditfoundation.com. This email will have the American Credit Foundation logo as well as the DMCC logo, so you will recognize its complete legitimacy.  We will seamlessly obtain new authorizations for collecting your monthly debt management payment and authority to continue to manage your enrolled accounts with your creditors. This is a very simple process and will all be done online. American Credit Foundation and DMCC will be working with you to get your authorizations in place as quickly as possible. With your assistance we can avoid any delay in program benefits.  Your existing debt management plan payment and benefits will NOT change. The only thing that is changing is DMCC will be collecting your payment and their customer service team will be your contact for the servicing of your account moving forward.
